3. Payment Terms

4. Client Responsibilities

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of final deliverables (such as content, graphics, and copy) created specifically for you transfers to you. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Any pre-existing materials, tools, frameworks, or methodologies used in delivering services remain the property of One Percent Mkt.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, financial data, client lists, and any materials marked as confidential. This obligation continues after the termination of any service agreement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice as specified in the individual contract. Upon termination:

Any outstanding invoices become immediately due
We will provide any completed work up to the termination date
Access to accounts and platforms will be returned to the client
Work in progress at the time of termination is not subject to refund

8. Limitation of Liability

One Percent Mkt provides marketing services with the goal of achieving the best possible results for our clients. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as a particular number of leads, sales, rankings, or revenue.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Percent Mkt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
